It is recommended to carry out the Improvement Scheme within the existing SWHSTW and the land at the north of Chuk Wan Street after considering the following factors:

1. No private land resumption
2. Comply with the requirements of Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO)
3. No impact to the existing sewerage
4. The traffic generated during the construction and operation of the SWHEPP Improvement Scheme would not affect the nearby traffic.
5. No extra time to conduct other studies, able to match with the sewage flow build-up.
